More About Our Pork

The pork we use comes from Pipestone, Minnesota called Compac pork which is all-natural, no hormones, and known for its marbling. We cut all of our pork to size, we are known for our stuffed pork chops and porketta roasts. Our famous Italian porketta seasoning features nine each herb spice, mixed in-house.
